• Channel cathode melter can be equipped with single inductor upto 650 KW or multiple inductor for total power of 4000 KW depending on melt rate from 1 t/hr to 40 TPH.
• Furnace incorporates a unique sandwich inductor between pump-well and main hearth, to de-link the bath temperature of  the furnace chamber and pump-well.  It provides the facility to keep the pumpwell temperature higher than the main chamber, resulting into lower energy consumption and less dross.
• Twin temperature control in automatic mode: separately controls bath temperature in pump-well as well as in furnace chamber by controlling the power of the sandwich inductor and main inductor respectively.
• Optimum sizing of furnace bath to ensure constant metal temperature in bath of pump-well, while charging cathodes simultaneously through both chutes.
• Each inductor with its own dedicated separate power supply.
• Fully automatic motorized conveyor charging system with arrestor to dampen impact of charged cathode.
