  • Furnace offers Continuous melting and casting operation (atomization of zinc).
  • Sufficient metal volume ensures constant temperature in casting chamber while charging zinc ingot in melting chamber.
  • High flow U or W type Sandwich inductor with forced air cooled coil and S.S. fabricated cooling jacket.
  • Inductor with high flow metal loop ensures efficient melting and comparatively less oxide deposition on loop surface.
  • Provision to tilt Furnace on both sides for operational requirement.
