INFRASTRUCTURE 
Providing customized solutions to meet differing needs of every client has been the specialty of Pioneer. A strong engineering team consisting of over 40 engineers, technicians and designers are always ready to provide a custom solution for each new application. “Customer Satisfaction through Customized Solutions” is in fact a Mission for this team of engineers. The experience gained by our engineers over the past many years (average experience of 20 years) is all available to our clients to engineer and implement best – fit solutions for their specific requirements.
At Pioneer, we boast of a well equipped design office with a modern hardware and network infrastructure for our design engineers to support:
The engineers are trained by experts in their respective fields so that optimum use can be made of these facilities.
Our manufacturing facilities are spread over an area of 7500 sq.mtrs and houses three manufacturing shops with a total built-up area of
approximately 2,500 sq mtrs.
Each workshop is equipped with EOT Cranes and other handling facilities. Other manufacturing facilities include machinery for fabrication, Argon and CO2 welding, press brake for sheet metal work and other machine tools, coil winding machines, oven for annealing of induction coils and baking, stand-by DG set as well as a complete set of instruments and test bench for testing of controls, transformers, reactors etc.
